Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the AuditPilot Chrome Extension or accessing our API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Commercial Use & White-Label Deliverables

AuditPilot grants users a commercial license to produce, brand, and distribute generated PDF reports and shareable pitch links to clients, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders. You may white-label all exported reports with your agency credentials, logos, and custom call-to-action links.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use AuditPilot to scan internal, private, or local network addresses (e.g. localhost, private subnets, cloud metadata services). Our API enforces strict SSRF protections against internal resource scanning.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise backend authentication services.
• Abuse automated rate limits or conduct denial-of-service operations against our analysis engines.

4. Credit Purchases & Crypto Payments

Credits are sold on a one-time purchase basis through NOWPayments crypto checkout. Upon confirmation on the blockchain, credits are immediately added to your token. Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Because credits grant immediate, computational analysis capabilities, all credit purchases are final unless required by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AuditPilot provides diagnostic conversion analysis and copy suggestions on an "as-is" basis. While our heuristics and AI models provide high-conviction conversion guidance, we do not guarantee specific financial returns or specific metric uplifts on audited client properties.
